We''re evolving and we need people like you to bring new ideas, innovate and make your mark.Job DescriptionAs the Creative Assistant, you will be pivotal in coordinating the seamless ingest and delivery of creative assets across our Streaming and Broadcast platforms. Working closely with the Head of Production, Chief of Staff, Creative Producers, and Department Managers, you will ensure the smooth running of the Creative production department and assist in the preparation of scheduled production shoots.Day to day you will:Coordinate the ingest, archiving, and cataloguing of footage within the media asset system.Source and organise high-quality material for Sport, Entertainment, and News promotions.Coordinate the timely delivery and conversion of media assets for various stakeholders.Distribute approved promotional content to internal departments and external partners.Maintain data accuracy within promotion tracking software and music usage libraries.Provide on-set support for production shoots and assist with essential runner duties.Collaborate with the wider Creative team to streamline workflows and ad hoc projects.QualificationsWhat you''ll bring:Tertiary qualifications in media production or a related technical field.Prior experience in television production or fast-paced creative environments.Proven ability to manage conflicting deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.Strong technical aptitude with an understanding of modern production workflows.Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as Premiere Pro or Avid Media Composer.A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work independently.Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.Additional InformationHow we workAt Nine, our flexible work options vary by role and team.
