The Opportunity A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the senior maintenance management team to manage multiple high-profile commercial sites. You will lead a skilled and dedicated team of maintenance professionals, supported by clear communication and mentorship from the Maintenance Managers. Key Responsibilities Plan and schedule weekly tasks Manage a team of up to 10 staff members Delegate responsibilities effectively Liaise with clients and external stakeholders Procurement of equipment and resources Engage with the local community Perform handson maintenance and horticultural work Collaborate closely with the Maintenance Manager The Requirements Certificate III in Horticulture OR Parks & Gardens 5+ years'' experience within the landscape maintenance industry Strong managerial and organisational skills Team Leaders looking for progression please apply!
