As our brand continues to scale, we''re looking for a Digital Brand Designer to help shape and execute our visual presence across web, email, paid and digital campaigns. This is a handson role for a designer who understands how to balance creative storytelling with performance. You''ll work closely with the Creative Director and Marketing team to bring product launches, brand campaigns and alwayson content to life, while maintaining brand consistency across all customer touch points. What you''ll be doing Designing campaign, product launch and brand assets across email, web and paid digital Creating modular, responsive email templates optimised for mobile and conversion Designing homepage updates, collection pages, tiles, banners and Shopify UX elements Producing static and motionready assets for paid media (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest etc.) Ensuring visual consistency across all touchpointsfrom CRM to eCommerce Collaborating with the Creative Director to evolve and protect the brand identity Supporting A/B testing and creative optimisation based on performance insights Managing file handovers, version control and digital asset libraries What you''ll bring 35 years'' experience as a digital designer (fashion, lifestyle or DTC eCommerce preferred) Strong portfolio across EDMs, paid ads, web design and mobilefirst content Confidence designing for conversion and understanding channel performance Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (Shopify, Klaviyo and Meta specs a plus) Essential Adobe Creative Suite skills required in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Expert level proficiency in Figma is required A sharp eye for detail and a clean, elevated design aesthetic Ability to work quickly, manage multiple timelines and stay adaptable Valid Australian work visa or work rights are required for this position Why join us Be part of a fastmoving brand with a strong digital footprint Work closely with a small, creative team that values ownership and execution Take your ideas from concept to live in daysnot weeks Shape how thousands of women experience All Fenix online Real opportunity to grow into a senior brand or digital creative role Apply now with your portfolio of digital work - including email, paid and web examples. #J-18808-Ljbffr
