Staff Development and Wellbeing AdministratorParttimeApplications Close: Thursday, 5 February, 2026About the RoleMLC is seeking an organised, proactive and people-focused Staff Development and Wellbeing Administrator to provide high-quality administrative support to the Staff Development and Wellbeing team. This role supports learning and development programs for both teaching and Educational Support Staff (ESS), contributing to a strong culture of learning, wellbeing, and professional growth across the College.Reporting to the Head of Staff Development and Wellbeing, this position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth administration of staff learning programs, compliance processes, and College-wide professional development initiatives.About MLCMLC is a leading independent girls'' day and boarding school, renowned for excellence and innovation in education. The Staff Development and Wellbeing team forms part of the College''s People & Culture Department, working collaboratively to support staff across all campuses.Key Responsibilities AdministrationAdminister and process staff development applications in line with College proceduresManage invoicing and staff travel arrangements for local, interstate and overseas professional learningProcess PreService Teacher (PST) payments and support PST onboardingMaintain staff development and compliance databases (including Chris21 and CompliLearn)Assist with data collection, reporting, and compliance trackingMaintain staff learning publications, shared drives, and filing systemsMonitor and respond to the Staff Development inbox, escalating complex matters as requiredPrepare ad hoc reports, documents, and draft communicationsDeliver friendly, customerfocused service to all staffPrograms, Processes and EventsSupport the administration of academic and ESS professional learning initiativesAssist with planning and delivery of largescale staff development events across the CollegePeople & TeamBuild strong, inclusive relationships across the People & Culture team and wider CollegeContribute positively to a valuesdriven culture aligned with MLC''s values: Engage with Respect, Aspire with Responsibility, Act with Compassion, Explore with CourageOtherAssist with small project work as directedComply with College policies, procedures, and best practice standardsParticipate in ongoing professional development and accreditation as requiredChild Safety CommitmentMLC is committed to the safety and wellbeing of children and young people.
