With offices in Perth Brisbane and South Hedland we are making our mark in multiple industries and were just getting started. With ongoing projects near New Norcia (1.5 hours north of Perth) we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Supervisor to support our teams on long-term road construction and upgrade projects. As Civil Supervisor you will play a key role in promoting a positive safety culture ensuring compliance with client and government departments specifications and standards and driving productivity on major state road infrastructure projects. Your Role Will Include Manage lead and supervise staff subcontractors and suppliers to meet project deliverablesCoordinate daily operations including earthworks pavement construction drainage road upgrades surfacingand works under Traffic ControlPlan implement monitor and adhere to Garli and client policies procedures and specificationsManage plant and equipment maintenance schedules and registersMeet construction budgets and timeframes through effective controls monitoring and reportingUnderstand contract documents scopes of workMRWAspecifications drawings and identify variations amend TMR to MRWAMaintain a safe work environment in full compliance with client and legislative requirementsSeek out and implement improvements in methodology to enhance safety quality cost and scheduleProvide accurate daily reporting progress updates and contribute to project reviews and lessons learntRepresent the company professionally with clients and stakeholders to build lasting relationships What You''ll Bring Minimum 3 years experience supervising civil road construction projects (Main Roads experience highly regarded)Proven experience in bulk earthworks road construction pavement works drainage and surfacingValid HR Licence (minimum C Class)Current Construction White Card mandatoryCurrent National Police Clearance (within 12 months)Strong computer skills and communication abilityAbility to pass Pre-Employment Medical & LABDASStrong leadership and relationship-building skills across teams and clientsValid Australian work rights What We Offer Full-time Contract OpportunityLifestyle 10:4 day-shift DIDO rosterCompetitive salary (base site uplift superannuation)Potential for Long-term secure work on Western Australian civil projectsSupportive one-team culture with genuine career developmentFortnightly pay Pre-employment Requirements Successful candidates must: Complete a pre-employment medicalPass initial and ongoing drug & alcohol screeningProvide a current Police ClearanceComply with Garlis Drug & Alcohol Policy How to Apply Send your CV highlighting your fit for this role.
