As a Growth Manager at StudioHawk, you will be at the forefront of the digital marketing industry, leading the charge in identifying and securing new business opportunities that will drive the agency''s future growth and success.Your Day-to-day Might IncludeBuilding strong relationships with potential prospects and showing genuine care for their success.Demonstrating an understanding of what client is a ''good fit'' for StudioHawk by ensuring we only accept clients who are appropriate.Assisting with the management of our CRM (HubSpot), including refining sales pipeline processes.Building and nurturing strategic partnerships with agencies and related businesses.Assisting the Head of Strategic Growth in the development and implementation of a strategic sales plan for the organisation, focusing on growth and the achievement of KPIs.From day one, you''ll have ownership of your work and support to help you thrive, because we believe in giving trust early and coaching continuously.Who You AreWhat matters most is your mindset.You''re Someone WhoThrives on continuous learning.Is humble and hungry; you own mistakes, seek feedback, and take action.Believes in team wins over ego.Wants to do work that means something, and see the difference you make.As with any role, there are requirements, and we want to be upfront so you know what''s expected.Must Haves1-2+ years in the digital marketing industry, with knowledge of SEO.2-3+ years experience in a business development/sales role.Knowledge of digital tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEO tools).Keen interest in digital marketing with a passion to follow digital and advertising trends.Highly motivated, organised self-starter with the ability to multitask under pressure.Be open to travel domestically for client meetings, expos and new business development.Stellar relationship-building skills and the ability to make smart partnerships happen, from facilitating negotiation to enabling their execution.Passion for business, growth & start-ups.What You''ll GetWhen you join StudioHawk, you''re getting a career and company that invests in your success.Base salary: AUD $90,000 to $110,000 + generous sales commission % + superannuation (depending on experience & technical ability).Key Performance Indicators: deals won (minimum 15k/month) & pipeline built (45k).We believe in rewarding hard workers, not just giving them more stuff to do with nothing in return.
