This decision followed an extensive exploration process that confirmed the merger will improve access to safe, high-quality, and sustainable health and community services across the Hume, Macedon Ranges, Mitchell, Murrindindi and Strathbogie local government areas. The new organisation will bring together the deep community connections, shared values and specialist expertise of both entities. Services will span general practice, allied health, disability support, mental health, early childhood, family services, aged care and community wellbeing, delivered from sites in Broadford, Kinglake, Kyneton, Romsey, Seymour, Sunbury and Wallan, with additional outreach into surrounding.About the RoleThe Direct Care Services Administration Assistant provides customer service, administrative and scheduling support for in-home services under HACC, CHSP, NDIS and brokerage arrangements. The role supports rostering meals, modifications and maintenance services, communicating with clients and other stakeholders, record keeping, data entry and service coordination, helping to ensure timely, client focused and compliant service delivery.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesCoordinate meals, maintenance and modification services for clients and contractorsLiaise with clients, families and contractors regarding service detailsProvide clear communication with clients and contractorsDistribute documentation related to service deliveryMaintain data management systems and prepare client correspondenceUpdate portal information in a timely mannerParticipate actively in a team based approach to service coordinationEnsure administrative tasks are completed on time and to a high standardIdentify and respond to family violence risks in line with the MARAM frameworkUndertake other duties as directedTo be successful in this position, you will require:Experience in administration and/or client servicesProficiency in relevant systems (e.g. Trakcare, City Manager, My Aged Care) and Microsoft OfficeExperience supporting service access for diverse and vulnerable populationsMust hold current National Criminal History Check, NDIS Worker Screening check and valid Working with Children CheckMust hold current Victorian Drivers LicenceBenefits and PerksOur benefits enhance everyday wellbeing and encourage you to take time to make a difference in the community:Generous salary packaging and flexible working arrangements.
