Were backed by CRV, Susa Ventures, Fifth Wall, and leaders from Plaid, Segment, ServiceTitan, and Procore.The RoleYou must be located in Oregon to be considered for this role.ResponsibilitiesSupport our lead project managers in delivering great permitting outcomes for customersHelp conduct permit research with a high degree of accuracyAssist in preparing permit plansCollaborate with city staff on nuances and ambiguitiesMonitor permit status and ensure timely responsesProvide feedback to product & engineering teams to help refine our software platformWork with permitting leadership to refine our standard operating proceduresWho You AreTo be successful in this role, you are likely someone with:2+ years in either construction management or architecture, with a focus on project managementExperience applying for and obtaining construction permitsAbility to research permit requirements with accuracyComfortable interfacing city staff and navigating administrative processesClear communicator with a strong attention to detailProactive problem solver #J-18808-Ljbffr
