Job Description

Overview In this role, youll be the backbone of the office, providing high-level administrative and executive support while assisting with project delivery and day-to-day operations. No two days will be the same from coordinating meetings and reports to assisting with tenders, events, and IT support. Full training will be provided for tasks such as tendering. Responsibilities Executive & Project Support Provide executive-level administrative support to the General Manager Develop and maintain project health reports and staff reports Attend meetings, record actions, and manage follow-up tasks Support Project Engineers and Project Managers with administrative aspects of project delivery Office & Corporate Administration Perform general office administration, reception duties, and mail handling Manage office supplies, provisions, and filing systems Migrate folders and documentation to SharePoint Perform credit card reconciliations and minor accounting tasks Liaise with Head Office accounts team as required Business & Stakeholder Support Liaise with clients, contractors, and external professional bodies Assist with tendering processes (training provided no prior experience required) Prepare advertising and promotional materials Assist with event management activities Support IT tasks such as laptop setup and coordination Previous experience in an administrative or office support role Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce professional documentation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Confidence liaising with a diverse range of stakeholders, including clients and contractors Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Qualifications & Requirements Current National Police Check C-Class Drivers Licence White Card Benefits: Full Time $40 pr hr 7.60 hour days Hours: 38 hours/week, Monday to Friday flexible start time A diverse and engaging role with exposure to executive and project operations On-the-job training, including tendering processes A supportive team environment with opportunities to develop your skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
