Job Description

Your new role As Team Leader, you will provide effective leadership, supervision and support to a dedicated team delivering HACC PYP services across the Baw Baw and Latrobe local government areas. You will contribute to the ongoing development and delivery of high quality, consumerfocused services and ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations and standards. A key part of this role will also involve establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with partner organisations and agencies across the broader service system. About the program HACC-PYP is for people aged under 65 and Aboriginal people aged under 50 who need assistance with daily activities, including personal care, dressing, preparing meals, house cleaning, property maintenance, community access and using public transport. The program has been designed to support people with disabilities, a medical or health condition and their respective carers to live as independently as possible in their own homes. You will also have: Experience in the provision of care to people with a disability, younger people, and support for their carers Experience in leading and developing a team within a complex service delivery environment Sound understanding of legislation and regulations relevant to the disability and community services sector Strong relationship building skills A current drivers licence valid in Victoria How to apply Click APPLY to submit your interest.
