OverviewSt Marys Community Health Centre and Tasmanias North-East: St Marys is nestled in the Fingal Valley in Tasmanias North-East, approximately 90 minutes'' drive from Launceston, and just 10 minutes from the beaches of the East Coast. The centre offers emergency, sub-acute and palliative care and a range of community and outpatient services including community nursing, home help, an adult day centre, physiotherapy, social work, and child health. The Tasmanian Lymphedema Centre is also based at the facility. Medical services are provided in conjunction with our co-located GP practice operated by Ochre Health. Our team focuses on delivering excellence in healthcare to achieve improved outcomes for our consumers, our workforce, and the Tasmanian community.The RoleThe Enrolled Nurse provides direct patient/client centred nursing care to assigned patients/clients, within the scope of practice of an enrolled nurse and under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse/midwife to achieve planned patient outcomes.You will needRegistered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as an Enrolled Nurse (holds a Board-approved qualification in administration of medicines)A minimum of 12 months post-graduation experience as an Enrolled NurseDetails of appointmentPermanent, part time, shift worker (fully rotational) position, working 64 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as you can join our team. Hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant. Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar vacancies. Salary$73,109 to $80,524 per annum (Pro rata). Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount. Salary range is in accordance with Nurses and Midwives (Tasmania State Service) Agreement 2023.
