Your Role You will provide safe and holistic care to patients and their families applying best clinical practice. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and deliver exceptional personcentred care. Responsibilities Deliver nursing care and assessment in medical, rehabilitation and surgical wards. Apply best clinical practice and patient safety protocols. Communicate effectively with patients, families and team members. Work across a 24/7 fortnightly rotating roster. Qualifications Minimum of 12 months experience in an acute care/hospital setting. Bachelor of Nursing degree or equivalent and AHPRA registration. Commitment to patient safety and quality improvement. Desire for ongoing professional development. Availability to work across a 24/7 fortnightly rotating roster. Willingness to obtain required vaccinations, undergo national criminal history check and functional assessment.
