Responsibilities Maintain kitchen crockery, clean and restock dishes from the restaurant. Assist with food preparation and support in busy service periods. Uphold solid kitchen operations with thorough cleanliness and kitchen hygiene. Deliver food and service to The Sporting Globe standards and adhere to Australian legal requirements. Training & Qualifications Here at The Sporting Globe, we are committed to developing and nurturing our people through our world-renowned training programs. Through our Fridays Academy, we provide the opportunity to participate in nationally recognized qualifications such as Certificate III and IV in Hospitality through our partnership with William Angliss Institute.
