Were looking for a proactive and technically skilled Field Service Engineer to support our CT/CV and MRI product portfolio across Western Australia. In this role, youll be the onsite expert our customers rely oninstalling, maintaining and repairing Bayer and distributor equipment to keep imaging environments running at peak performance. Youll also play a key role in nurturing strong customer relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and high levels of satisfaction across the region. Troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining equipmentboth onsite and at our Service Hub Installing new molecular imaging products and providing handson training to users Building strong, positive customer relationships across public and private healthcare Supporting our DirectCARE Certification & Quality Assurance program Collaborating with internal teams to contribute to State and National account plans Identifying opportunities for product and service improvements Completing accurate service reports and maintaining detailed customer records Does this sound like you? A degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related engineering qualification 2+ years experience as a Medical Device Field Service Engineer (or similar technical field role) Understanding of the radiology environment and related equipment Strong planning, organisation and communication skills Confidence with Microsoft Office and CRM systems Ability to pass and maintain an Australian Police Check and Working With Children Check A valid Australian drivers licence We are committed to creating a culture where people can be their best, in an environment that values inclusion, diversity and flexibility.
