12 month fixed term contract 3 Days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) Surry Hills Office-based Role The Employee will provide the following services for the Employer: General Office Management Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed Ensure office equipment (printers, computers, etc.) is functional and arrange repairs when necessary Manage weekly office grocery order Keep beauty stock list for storeroom Update shoot posters in office as needed Keep office areas organized and manage cleaning roster for the team (meeting rooms, storeroom, kitchen, etc.) Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Manage office cleaners Administrative support Manage master office admin documents including passwords, media subscriptions, etc. Assist with preparing documents for marketing team including developing a master document of all beauty buyers and keeping this up to date Organise team flights / travel Support Beauty Leads on ad-hoc marketing tasks Office Event Planning (planning internal office events for both founder-led + seasonal events) Arrange and organise officemove HR & Employee Support Assist with onboarding new employees (paperwork, access setup, welcome packs) Track employee attendance, leave, and schedules if needed Arrange team bonding (including monthly pilates) as per budget allowance - to be approved by supervisor Buy staff birthday vouchers and organise office celebration/milestones as per budget allowance Finance & Expenses Manage office and MONDAY credit card expenses and tracking - coding and filing invoices, adding to invoice tracker Manage office card invoice tracking Assist with petty cash management Track and reconcile office expenses.
