Working alongside the Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurses and Shift Leaders, you will play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality care to a diverse patient cohort requiring infusion therapies. Key Responsibilities Administer infusion therapies safely and effectively Provide high-quality nursing care to oncology, haematology and medical patients Monitor, assess and respond to changes in patient condition Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Maintain accurate clinical documentation Support a positive patient experience through compassionate, person-centred care Skills & Experience Experience in cancer nursing, oncology or haematology Competency in infusion therapy administration Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment About You To succeed in this role, you will bring a solid acute care background and a genuine commitment to patient-centred care. You will also have: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Endorsed Enrolled Nurse Minimum 2 years post-graduate acute hospital experience Ability to take charge of shift (RN highly desirable) Excellent communication and teamwork skills Strong time management and organisational ability Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including on-call as required This is an excellent opportunity to expand your clinical skills in a specialised area while working in a friendly, welcoming and professional environment.
