Job Description

Kerman Contracting is seeking experienced Site Administrators to help to deliver nonprocess infrastructure (NPI) projects for a Tier 1 client. This is a FIFO role from Perth on a 2:1 roster, offering a fixedterm contract. There are multiple positions available. As a Site Administrator you will be responsible for administering, compiling, and managing all project operational, safety documentation on site. The role must also provide administrative support to the Site Manager, WHSE Team and the onsite project team. Manage sitebased mobilisation requirements for bluecollar and whitecollar Kerman personnel and subcontractors. Liaise with the HR Department to ensure all training requirements are met before mobilisation. Book flights and accommodation for sitebased employees. Maintain regular contact with personnel regarding sitespecific training, mobilisation details and operational updates as required. Book site inductions, training and organise site access approval. Manage rosters for direct personnel and subcontractor employees. Monthly reconciliation of all hours worked for endofmonth billing. Manage data entry for Managers / Departments as required. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with the client and other external providers as required to ensure project deliverables are met. About You A minimum of 2 years in a similar position. Superior interpersonal skills and desire to work in a cohesive team. Experience working on multiple disciplinary projects. Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Suite. Rio experience highly regarded.
