You will partner closely with the management team to deliver contemporary people initiatives that support operational excellence and employee engagement for an initial team of 60 employees.From workforce planning and recruitment to learning and development and performance management, youll be the driving force behind creating and implementing KMCs people activities, with a goal of becoming an employer of choice in our industry and region.Key ResponsibilitiesLeading recruitment and onboarding for a diverse workforce a particular focus for 2026.Developing the people and culture strategy and framework, including policies, processes and systems.Leading, advising and co-ordinating learning, development and succession planning.Managing employee relations, performance and wellbeing.Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice.Partnering with the General Manager to drive engagement initiatives and foster a positive, values led culture.About YouDegree qualified with broad generalist HR experience, developed over 10+ years in multiple organisations.Practical and adaptable with the confidence to operate at a strategic level, alongside a willingness to undertake operational tasks.
