What Your Day Might Look Like Supporting recruitment and onboarding by coordinating interviews and ensuring new starters have everything they need to hit the ground running Managing staff rosters and responding to queries about shifts, and leave payroll in collaboration with the Payroll team Assist the onsite Educator deliver learning and development activities by booking rooms, sending invites and updating the system to record attendance Ensuring staff records, compliance checks, and system updates are accurate and up to date What Youll Bring You will have experience in an Rostering, Scheduling, Admin, HR Admin or Customer Facing role with: A warm, professional approach and a knack for staying organised The ability to respond calmly to interruptions while balancing multiple priorities Confidence using Microsoft Office and people systems (like HRIS or rostering tools) Certificate IV in Office Administration (or equivalent experience) is welcome but not essential.
