OverviewFood & Beverage Supervisor Multi-Venue Operation | Perth, WAPartnered by ACRUX SearchWere looking for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to help lead a dynamic multi-venue hospitality team for one of Perths most well-known organisations. You will be 1 of 1 and report directly into the new F&B Manager.This is a hands-on leadership role where youll take charge of day-to-day operations, streamline systems, train and manage staff, and ensure high service standards across venues and events.ResponsibilitiesAssisting with ordering of food and beverages to budget including generating purchase orders.Assisting with the maintenance and updating of point of sale (POS) system.Assist Finance with POS / food and beverage reports and reconciliations.Assist with the maintenance of stock levels and stock rotation.Assist with the updating of the food and beverage menus in POS.Assist with the coordination of casual Food & Beverage staff on race nights and for events.Assist with rostering for casual and permanent Food & Beverage staff.Assist with reconciliations and report takings after close of trade.Assist with casual Food & Beverage staff onboarding.Assist with training of casual Food & Beverage Staff.Assist with restaurant run sheets and bookings.Assist with consumable and linen orders.Assist with lock up of site after close for all race nights, functions and events as required.Other duties as required.RequirementsExperience:Preferably minimum 1-2 years in a similar rolePrefer experience using Abacus POS system.Skills:Proven ability to manage staff.Great all-round hospitality skills.Exceptional customer service skillsAttention to detail.Willingness to assist and collaborate with other teams.Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, Publisher)Excellent communication skills.Excellent organisational skills.Ability to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.Ability to identify problems and look for improvements.Initiative and self-motivation.BenefitsJoin a fast-paced, highly regarded hospitality environmentMake a real impact leading a high-energy teamEnjoy variety, autonomy, and opportunities for growthEast Perth Location with FREE onsite parking38-hour working week with time in lieu for any over time requiredOnly work 2 Nights per week (Tuesday and Friday) unless there is a function, additional hours will be requiredWork regular business hours on a Monday, Wednesday and ThursdayOur client has engaged ACRUX Search to manage this recruitment process exclusively.
