Handson leadership: mostly in the office (planning, compliance, mentoring) with a clinical day on the road, visiting participants across the southeast metro in a provided car. What They''re Looking For Full working rights in Australia & a drivers licence. AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse. Solid experience in wound care, catheter management and palliative care. HomeCare / Support at Home experience is a plus. If your background is mainly residential, youll need to know the Aged Care Quality Standards well and keep the team on top of them. Comfortable with compliance: under the current and incoming aged care regulations, documentation isnt optional. If its not recorded properly, it didnt happen.
