Job Title

Reporting to the Electrical Manager, you will lead your direct reports to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality installations and maintenance across underground and surface infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise electrical maintenance activities across underground and associated site infrastructure. Ensure all electrical work complies with legislative, regulatory, and site safety standards. Coordinate planned maintenance, shutdowns, and project work to meet operational and production targets. Manage and mentor a team of electricians and apprentices, providing guidance, and performance management as required. Oversee contractor activities, ensuring compliance with site procedures and safety requirements. Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure CMMS data integrity. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance, energy efficiency, and reliability. About You A minimum of five years'' electrical experience within mining, underground. Demonstrated supervisory experience with proven leadership, communication, and team-development skills. Practical experience in high-voltage systems and switching operations. Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and allocate resources effectively. Proficiency in CMMS systems (ideally Pronto) and general computer applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Comprehensive understanding of electrical industry standards and practices, supported by sound knowledge of the Electrical Safety Act, associated Regulations, and proven experience in risk, safety, and compliance management. Well-developed planning and project scheduling skills. Section 26 level 4 certification as well as DMIRS exam completed. Must have Manual DL. Ability to pass pre-employment medical to include DAS.
