They are seeking to appoint an experienced finance executive to lead the organisations finance and accounting operations.About the Organisation:This private company operates across heavy industries, specialising equipment management solutions. The business provides technical and operational capability that supports mining operations to manage risk, improve efficiency and meet increasingly complex regulatory and environmental expectations.With operations both nationally and internationally, the organisation works closely with clients to deliver safe, sustainable and commercially viable operations. The organisation is privately held, growth oriented and positioned within a specialist niche to maximise impact.About The Role:Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and working in close partnership with the Board, the Chief Financial Officer will lead the finance function across a multi-jurisdictional operating and holding structure. The role is central to shaping the organisations financial strategy, capital management framework and transaction readiness as the business continues to scale.The CFO will be responsible for the integrity and timeliness of financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cashflow and treasury management, tax structuring and compliance across domestic and international entities. A key focus of the role is the development and maintenance of robust financial models, performance analytics and reporting frameworks that support strategic decision-making and value creation.The role will have significant exposure to transaction-related activity, including preparation for and participation in due diligence processes, engagement with private and venture capital stakeholders, and support for potential M&A, capital raising or exit scenarios.
