Support Worker - Mental Health and Disabilities! Multiple Casual Positions Available Availability for Weekend & Sleepover shifts desired but not essential Location: Graceville Centre at Nambour QLD Pay Scale: $45.35 - $49.47 ph (includes 25% casual loading)+Salary packaging + Access to staff discounts & benefits. About The Role: Located in Nambour on the Sunshine Coast, Graceville Centre provides support to individuals living with a mental illness and/or disability. All services are delivered through a strengthbased, recoveryfocused framework. The Centre operates seven programs offering onsite or athome support, and we regularly create internal career growth opportunities. As a Support Worker you will work across multiple programs to help clients increase their independence, maintain wellness, and improve quality of life. Responsibilities: Provide flexible, support tailored to client needs and preferences. Assist with personal care and daily living tasks, ensuring dignity and independence. Encourage community participation and social engagement for individuals. Support skill development and independencebuilding activities. Work collaboratively with case managers and other stakeholders. Maintain accurate documentation of client care and interactions. What You Bring to the Team: Transferable skills and/or study in a related field (students are encouraged to apply). A strong passion for empowering individuals with mental illness and/or disabilities. Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients and their families. A valid Queensland Drivers Licence and a fully insured vehicle (if required). A valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance & Blue Card. Why Choose Us?
