Our mission is to help people with a disability and their families to be more independent and have greater choice and control over their quality of life.The NDIS Community Program Manager leads and supports the delivery of Community Access programs, ensuring services are person-centred, high-quality, and meet NDIS standards. They guide the team, foster strong relationships with participants and stakeholders, and help people achieve independence and meaningful community participation.What you''ll do:Lead the portfolio of NDIS Community Access and social participation support in line with participant goals and service agreementsEnsure services are delivered in accordance with the NDIS Practice Standards, Code of Conduct, and organisational policies and proceduresMaintain oversight of day-to-day service delivery, ensuring appropriate staffing, safe supports, and continuity of serviceManage rostering and workforce allocation to ensure capacity, competence, and consistency of supportsConduct regular site visits to monitor practice quality, compliance, and participant experience, and implement follow-up actionsEnsure effective risk management, incident reporting, complaints handling, and feedback processes are in place and consistently appliedMaintain accurate, complete, and audit-ready participant documentation, recordsMonitor service performance and participant outcomes, using data, feedback, and audits to drive continuous improvementLead, supervise, and develop a multidisciplinary workforce in line with NDIS workforce capability and supervision requirementsSupport staff performance, training, and competency development to meet practice and compliance expectationsBuild and maintain effective relationships with participants, families, community partners, and external providersCollaborate with internal teams to support integrated service delivery and quality assurance processesContribute to resource planning, budget oversight, and funding management to support sustainable and compliant service deliveryWhat you''ll bring:Certificate IV in Disability, Community Services, or a related field (required)Diploma or tertiary qualification in Disability, Community Services, Social Work, or a related discipline (preferred)Demonstrated experience managing NDIS-funded disability or community services, including Community Access or social participation supportsStrong working knowledge of the NDIS framework, Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements, and psychosocial supportsProven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams in complex service delivery environmentsExperience with workforce coordination, rostering, and operational oversight in disability servicesStrong stakeholder engagement, communication, and relationship-building skillsUnderstanding of Practice First principles, trauma-informed care, and person-centred approachesHighly developed organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlinesStrong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality documentation and complianceAwareness of disability and community sector trends, market dynamics, and service growth opportunitiesAdaptable, collaborative, and committed to continuous improvement and inclusive practiceWhat we offer:We offer an Employee Assistance Program for support and because time out is so important.We believe in working hard and playing hard, and foster team bonding through a variety of events that help you connect with your colleagues outside of work.We offer flexible work arrangements, and hybrid working models.
