Partnering with IT, People and Culture, Learning & Teaching, and other stakeholders, the role designs and delivers innovative tools that enable seamless staff and student collaboration in both operational and learning environments. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and optimize Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Power Platform, to enhance productivity and collaboration.Leverage Microsoft 365 features to improve user experience while strengthening security and operational efficiency.Develop and maintain policies, procedures, technical specifications, and service standards to ensure reliability, scalability, and compliance across the M365 environment.Implement and manage security and compliance capabilities such as Conditional Access, Data Loss Prevention, and Microsoft Defender for Office 365.Assess existing workplace technologies to identify improvement opportunities and enhance workflows through automation and M365 customization.Lead user adoption initiatives by providing guidance, training, and support to maximize effective use of Microsoft 365 tools.Qualifications, skills & experienceBachelor''s degree in Information Technology or a related field, supported by substantial relevant experience and a commitment to ongoing professional development.Minimum of three years'' experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft 365 solutions in medium to large environments.Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Power Platform with relevant certifications (e.g., MS100, MS101) highly desirable.Proven experience in workplace transformation, change management, and driving user adoption programs.Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 security frameworks, including identity management, Conditional Access, and information protection.Demonstrated capability in strategic planning, analytical problemsolving, and reporting using tools such as Power BI and the Microsoft 365 admin center.BenefitsFast paced environment with opportunity for professional growthGenerous training and development opportunitiesFriendly and collaborative working environmentHow to applyPlease apply online with a resume and cover letter outlining your suitability for the role.
