It is a state-of-the-art, purpose-built facility housed in the new Monash Children''s Hospital. The Unit offers Mental Health interventions to adolescents (aged 12 to 18) who present with acute and severe mental health problems, associated high risk factors and have difficulty maintaining their own safety and the safety of others.About the roleThis is an exciting and rare opportunity for a qualified and experienced Mental Health Nurse, to work within the Early in Life Mental Health Service inpatient unit.We currently have part and full time ongoing roles working across a 24/7 rotating roster.About YouYou are an experienced Mental Health Clinician with previous experience within a youth / adolescent mental health setting. You also have previous experience within adolescent mental health nursing, and familiarity with milieu therapy.
