This role provides planning and administrative assistance across diverse development settings, contributing to initiatives that guide sustainable growth and development. You will assist in delivering the Greenfield Subdivision Concierge program and the Industrial Land Gateway Service, supporting program monitoring, preparing advice, coordinating information, and assisting with development application assessments. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with government, industry, and local councils to support effective program delivery. Working collaboratively with team members and stakeholders, you will help deliver practical planning solutions that respond to changing priorities. You will also prepare research, analysis, briefings, reports, and presentations to support senior team members and decision makers.
