You''ll work closely with senior leaders and subject matter experts throughout the organisation to produce engaging communications that are authoritative, helpful and clear and align with our strategy and brand. This role requires a collaborative mindset, sound judgement and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. The role is an ongoing full-time position. This includes ensuring content accuracy, adherence to timelines, accessibility and compliance with corporate branding, editorial style guides, tone of voice guidelines and legislative requirements.Design and deliver internal communications that build awareness, understanding and engagement and support a positive improvement-focused organisational culture.Experience working within a highly regulated environment with dynamic and ongoing legislative changes.Demonstrated experience in communicating complex legal or similar content in a clear, compelling and engaging manner (using infographics where appropriate) suitable for a range of audiences and channels.Experience leading research programs used for benchmarking and organisational improvement.Significant experience in the management, coordination and preparation of briefings, submissions and other information requests dealing with complex and sensitive matters.Familiarity with the IAP2 spectrum of public participation for community engagement.Experience building and maintaining positive and productive relationships.Politically neutral with no current or past affiliation to political parties or lobbyists/campaigners.Satisfactory criminal record check result.How to applyAs part of your application, you will be asked to respond to the following two targeted questions:Tell us about a time you had to coordinate inputs or approvals from multiple internal and external stakeholders under a tight deadline.
