This role offers family-friendly hours that promote a healthy worklife balance, while delivering an essential community service to clients and their carers within a residential care setting.Key responsibilities include monitoring residents'' health and wellbeing, maintaining effective communication with senior staff, and complying with Bendigo Health policies and procedures. The role also involves contributing to quality improvement initiatives, participating in staff development activities, and maintaining a safe environment for residents and visitors.
