PRIMARY DETAILPermanent Full-Time opportunity within Macquarie University HealthCompetitive remuneration with access to full salary packaging benefits via Maxxia to maximise your take-home payBe part of Australia''s only university-owned academically integrated healthcare organisation where learning, compliance and professional development are at the core of what we do.The RoleMacquarie University Health (MUH) is seeking an experienced Education Systems Administrator to join the MQ Health Academy on a permanent full-time basis.Reporting to the Education and Development Manager, MQ HealthAcademy, this role plays a critical part in ensuring all Macquarie University Health employees meet mandatory and core training requirements through effective use of learning technologies, coordination of training activities and data governance.You will be responsible for the ongoing administration, performance and integrity of the learning management system (Workday), compliance data reporting and analysis, design and delivery of eLearning and face-to-face training coordination across clinical and non-clinical workforces. The role works closely with internal stakeholders and external training providers to offer high-quality learning experiences across the organisation.Key AccountabilitiesEducation Systems & ComplianceManage the day-to-day operation of the learning management system (Workday) ensuring optimal functionality and positive user experience.Maintain accurate mandatory and core training compliance data, including integration of external training records.Produce compliance reports and analytics, and support auditing and risk identification activities.Learning Design & Delivery SupportSupport the development and maintenance of blended, face-to-face and online learning activities.Assist with eLearning content development using tools such as Articulate Rise.Coordinate training sessions and bookings.Stakeholder Support & AdministrationProvide system support and guidance to staff, including troubleshooting and shared inbox management.Liaise with internal stakeholders and external training providers to support training delivery.Complete associated administrative and reporting tasks such as data representation and minute taking for relevant meetings.About YouYou are a detail-oriented education systems or learning administration professional with experience supporting training, compliance and learning technologies within an Australian healthcare and or education context.You will bring:A qualification in learning technologies or a related field, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience.Recent experience working within an Australian healthcare, education or learning and development context.Demonstrated experience using learning management systems for course administration, reporting and analytics (Workday experience desirable).Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise (desirable).Knowledge of adult learning principles and contemporary learning methodologies.Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.A strong problem solving skills, attention to detail and commitment to high-quality, compliant outcomes.The ability to communicate effectively and negotiate, influence and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Customer service mindset with the ability to train end users.A commitment to continuous improvement, agility and service excellence.Experience within learning and development, education administration, or educational environments (such as schools or training organisations) will be highly regarded.Why Join UsYou''ll play a key role in shaping the future of integrated healthcare in Australia.
