We are expanding our workforce in Lismore NSW, and are seeking experienced, multi-skilled construction and civil labourers for ongoing and upcoming projects. These roles suit motivated, reliable, and multi-ticketed professionals who can work independently, follow daily site instructions, and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes. Candidates must reside in Lismore or within a 50km radius. Positions Available (Multiple Roles):All-Round Experienced Multi-Skilled / Ticketed LabourersExperienced Machine Operators Excavator, Skid Steer, Roller, Water Cart, etc.(GPS knowledge and current VOC highly advantageous)Skilled LabourersGeneral LabourersRiggersFormwork CarpentersCarpentersEWP OperatorsManitou OperatorsDogmanForklift Operators Skills & Experience Required:Proven experience in construction and/or civil environments.White Card (essential).Relevant, current tickets with demonstrated industry experience.Recent Verification of Competency (VOC) on machinery (highly regarded).Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.Ability to read and interpret drawings and plans.NSW Driver''s Licence and reliable transport (essential).Australian citizenship.Availability Monday to Sunday for ongoing work.Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.Safety-focused with strong communication skills.Proactive mindset, problem-solving ability, and strong work ethic.Reliable, task-driven, and able to follow site direction.
