They are seeking an experienced consultant that can manage a Retained/Senior assignments desk within the Government space. A supplier of Engineering, FM, and Property personnel to the Government sector, they have an excellent reputation within the Government sector for a consultant to leverage off within Planning and Building Surveying, etc. Executive Search, mainly pitching at HR Managers. Melbourne is very laid back with everything done via coffee meetings and relationship building. Company-wise, they are laid back, have no KPIs, suits, or Monday morning meetings, and offer an autonomous hybrid working environment (3 days in the office). Responsibilities Manage a Retained/Senior assignments desk within the Government space. Engage with HR Managers and senior stakeholders to present executive search opportunities. Support recruitment for Planning, Building Surveying, Engineering, FM, Property, and related sectors as part of the consultancy''s government-focused practice. Develop and maintain client relationships in Melbourne through relationship-based recruiting and regular meetings. Operate in a autonomous hybrid environment with a focus on delivering results without strict KPI requirements. Qualifications Experience in recruitment, preferably in executive search or retained assignments. Experience or focus on Government sector recruitment within Planning, Engineering, or Building Surveying. Ability to pitch to HR Managers and manage senior-level engagements.
