The Opportunity We have an exciting leadership opportunity for a General Manager to lead our Regis Wynnum home on a permanent basis. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of home performanceensuring exceptional standards of care, service, safety, and resident experience. How You Will Make an Impact Lead the home with a strong focus on delivering exceptional, personcentred care. Ensure full compliance with aged care quality standards, safety requirements, and regulatory obligations. Inspire, develop, and support a multidisciplinary workforcedriving engagement, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Optimise operational performance, achieve financial and occupancy targets, and continually enhance resident experience and satisfaction. What You Will Bring Proven senior leadership experience within health, aged care, or a related care-based environment. Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, operational performance, and business metrics. Demonstrated ability to implement change, improve systems, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Knowledge of aged care funding models and compliance requirements under the Aged Care Act. Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationshipbuilding skills. Relevant tertiary qualification (postgraduate qualifications highly regarded).
