What this job involves The General Manager will lead, manage and mentor the Property Management team based at an A-Grade office tower in Brisbane. The team will comprise a Facilities Manager and an Assistant Property Manager. The premium location provides easy access to transport options and local amenities, positioning it as a prestigious office destination in Brisbane''s CBD. Lead and manage a team of property professionals and provide leadership to the management team to maximise effectiveness and efficiency and develop their strengths, skills and knowledge. Deliver exceptional quality service to the client, as assessed and measured by client feedback. Ensure timely and accurate delivery to the client and JLL senior management of analysis and information for the asset plan, monthly reports, owners annual reports, team and property business plans and corporate accounts and other required reports. Ensure that there are no major risks associated with public liability, fire and life safety, essential services, non-essential services, staff, office and contractors. Lead the team to develop effective and accurate asset plans, budgets and financial reports. Make appropriate and acceptable recommendations regarding asset strategy, capital works, leasing, etc. Participate as the property management representative in the development Project Control Group for tenant fit-outs.
