About the Opportunity This is a rare opportunity to step into a pivotal leadership role as FLG embarks on a large-scale, multi-national digital transformation. As Head of Digital, you will lead and deliver FLGs end-to-end digital ecosystem during a period of rapid growth and change. With a strong focus on revenue growth, sales pipeline performance, and the intelligent use of AI across the customer lifecycle, this role shapes how customers discover, join, engage with, and stay connected to our brands, making it easier for more people to access, enjoy, and sustain an active lifestyle. Reporting directly to the Group CTO, the year ahead is packed with meaningful, high-impact work. You will lead a major transition to Salesforce from multiple legacy CRMs, explore and implement agentic AI to support sales and service teams, modernise customer payment solutions, and continue to expand mobile and digital services that help members stay engaged and supported throughout their fitness journey. You will own Salesforce as FLGs core customer, sales, and revenue platform, alongside our mobile apps, websites, and ecommerce experiences. This role carries real accountability and influence, with the mandate to improve how demand is generated, progressed, converted, and supported at scalereducing friction and improving confidence at every stage of the customer experience. You will lead a capable team of up to seven system and product analysts with a strong blend of business analysis and hands-on delivery skills. This is complemented by an offshore development partner of more than 30 people, giving you the capacity to move quickly across a broad and growing portfolio of initiatives. This is not a traditional management role. You are expected to work alongside your team day to day, staying close to the platforms, the delivery, and the decisions. The environment is fast-moving, priorities will evolve, and the pace is energising. We are looking for someone who brings deep experience, sound judgement, and a genuine appetite to roll up their sleeves and build digital solutions that create lasting value for both members and teams. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute FLGs digital roadmap, with primary accountability for Salesforce, ecommerce, billing, and revenue enablement platforms. Own the end-to-end implementation and ongoing optimisation of Salesforce, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, ensuring strong adoption and consistent ways of working. Own ecommerce performance across funnels, checkout flows, and post-purchase journeys. Design, optimise, and govern digital sales pipelines, providing trusted visibility of leads, opportunities, forecasting, and performance. Partner with sales, marketing, and commercial leaders to improve pipeline velocity, conversion, and customer lifetime value. Drive the practical adoption of AI across lead management, sales enablement, forecasting, and service operations. Lead the modernisation of customer billing, payments, and subscription platforms to support scale, reliability, and compliance. Establish strong delivery governance, prioritisation, and cadence across multiple digital initiatives. Lead internal product and systems teams alongside offshore development partners of 30+ specialists. Ensure high standards of data quality, security, privacy, and platform resilience. Be accountable for digital performance metrics, investment returns, and long-term platform sustainability. Skills and Experience Senior leadership experience in digital, platform, or technology roles within revenue-driven, customer-centric organisations. Deep, handson experience leading largescale Salesforce implementations , with a focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, in complex enterprise environments. Proven experience managing hybrid delivery models, including large offshore teams. Strong background in sales pipeline management, revenue operations, and commercial systems enablement. Experience implementing AIdriven solutions across sales, service, or customer operations. Demonstrated ownership of ecommerce, digital acquisition, and conversion platforms. Experience delivering modern billing and/or payment solutions. Strong understanding of data governance, reporting, analytics, and performance management.
