Performance Objectives Crush Individual Sales Target Personally bring on new logos by month 6. Build and maintain a qualified pipeline with 3x coverage. Cons sales playbook inmarket, following a Challenger sales methodology. Build and Lead a HighPerforming Team Manage a team of 24 SDRs and 13 Account Executives. Ensure 75%+ of the team meets quota. Coach through weekly 1:1s, livecall reviews, and deal strategy sessions. 3> Drive a worldclass sales process, including pipeline inspection, forecast accuracy (10%), and performance reviews. Deploy KPIs and performance scorecards for each team role. Establish a highcadence team rhythm (daily standups, weekly wins/losses, monthly QBRs). Hire 2+ highperforming SDRs/AEs within 90 days using structured hiring. Retain high performers through career development and Plexuss Best Version growth culture. Collaborate CrossFunctionally Partner with Marketing to close the loop on lead quality and campaigns. Work with Product to provide customer feedback from the field. Align with CS to ensure smooth handoffs and longterm customer value. 5+ years in B2B sales (preferably in complex sales, SaaS is helpful but not a prerequsite) 2+ years in a sales leadership or playercoach capacity. Proven record of exceeding personal targets and coaching others to do the same. Skilled in sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, etc) and CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot).
