We are seeking an experienced People and Culture professional to join our team with a focus on supporting professional development, injury management, driving workforce engagement, providing generalist employee relations and HR support, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities Supporting professional development activities to build workforce capability. Coordinating injury management and return to work processes, ensuring legislative compliance. Implementing employee wellbeing strategies to support workforce engagement. Applying and interpreting policies, procedures, legislation and industrial instruments. Delivering efficient and robust HR practices and processes. Fostering strong relationships to provide generalist employee relations support. Maintaining effective administration and records management , including the coordination of unpaid workers. Capabilities & Qualifications Working knowledge of injury management and people management practices and systems. Sound understanding and practical application of generalist HR best practices. Strong digital literacy with high attention to detail and well developed organisational, data entry and document processing capabilities. Commitment to integrity, reliability, sound judgement, service and risk awareness. Qualifications in Human Resources and Return to Work Coordinator certificate are highly regarded. Working with Children Blue Card (or willingness to obtain) is required. Physical capacity to undertake desk-based work, perform repetitive typing tasks and carry out manual handing duties as needed.
