Centre Manager | Thomastown About the Role Were seeking an experienced and valuesdriven Centre Manager to lead our Thomastown centre. This fulltime role is suited to someone who brings strong operational leadership, a growth mindset and is passionate about building highquality practice, supporting teams to grow, and creating a positive, stable environment for children, families, and staff. Youll work closely with an accomplished Educational Leader and be supported by Journeys wider leadership and support teams. This role focuses on people leadership, quality outcomes, and continuous improvement. Our Centre Thomastown is one of our wellestablished centres, offering places for up to 80 children. With strong roots in the local community, the centre is known for its warm culture and longstanding, trusted relationships with families. Key Responsibilities Lead the daily operations of the centre, ensuring compliance with the NQF and National Law Maintain and strengthen highquality standards across education, care, and practice Work in partnership with the Educational Leader to support pedagogy and reflective practice Build, guide, and develop a committed, engaged staff team Foster strong relationships with families and the local community Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for children and educators About You Minimum 2 years experience as a Centre Manager Diploma in Early Childhood Education or higher (ACECQArecognised) Demonstrated ability to maintain highquality standards and lead successful outcomes Strong people leadership and communication skills Calm, confident, and valuesled leadership style Ideally local to the Thomastown area, with reliable availability for a fulltime role Why Youll Love Journey At Journey, leadership growth is intentional and supported.
