Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans in collaboration with Revenue and Commercial leadership Lead, coach and develop the sales and events teams to achieve KPIs Drive growth across rooms, catering and events revenue Analyse market performance, sales mix and competitor activity Manage sales budgets and ensure effective cost control Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners and industry stakeholders Represent the business at trade shows, industry events and association meetings Provide accurate reporting, forecasting and performance insights to leadership Qualifications Proven experience as a Director of Sales or Senior Sales Leader within hospitality Strong commercial and strategic mindset with excellent financial acumen Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing sales teams Outstanding communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution Degree in Business, Hospitality or related field (preferred) Additional Information Career Growth: Learning and development programs to boost your career.
