We are seeking a dynamic National Administration Manager to lead, develop, and support our administration teams across Australia. This pivotal role ensures our national administrative function delivers high-quality service, operates efficiently, and is future-ready.Reporting to the Regional Manager WA, you will provide both strategic oversight and hands-on leadership to the administration team members. This is an opportunity to shape culture, strengthen operations, and make a meaningful impact across the organisation.You will:Guide, coach, and develop our admin teams, supporting their growth, wellbeing, and performance.Foster a positive, values-driven culture and help lead communication and change initiatives.Hold regular check-ins, and development conversations to keep teams connected and supported.Oversee day-to-day admin operations, ensuring tasks, workflows, and enquiries are managed efficiently.Manage rosters, leave, workforce planning, and recruitment process.Work closely with leaders and internal teams to improve processes, enhance service quality, and support continued growth.Ensure all office sites are safe, welcoming, well-maintained, and fully equipped. Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and quarterly facility audits.Maintain high standards of recordkeeping, confidentiality, and adherence to policies and service expectations.Provide hands-on administration and reception support when needed.About youYou are an experienced leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys supporting teams to do their best work.
