The KPI Group is an established Labour Hire Company that has been operating since 2010 in Queensland, Victoria, New South Wales, and Western Australia. We have upcoming opportunities in Sunshine Coast, QLD, for Experienced Machine Operators that can demonstrate their detailed experience and skill set within the construction/civil Industry. We are looking at enthusiastic candidates who are self-motivated, experienced, Excavator Operators / Moxy Operators/ Water Cart and Civil Labourers with tickets that are reliable and reside in the Sunshine Coast our surrounding regions. Candidates will need to be able to work independently and be able to follow tasks given to them on a daily basis by site teams. Positions (Multiple roles available):Experienced Machine Operators Excavator/Moxy /Roller/Water Cart, etc. -Gps knowledge is advantageous and VOC EssentialAll-round Experienced Civil Multi Skilled/Ticketed Labourers Skills & Experience:Construction experienced Labourers (Multi-skilled and ticketed)Construction White Card (Essential)Provide relevant current tickets and demonstrate experience in the construction/civil industry.Current Verification Of Competency (VOC) on machines (Essential)Good attention to detail and quality controlCan read and understand drawings and plansAustralian CitizensAvailability from Monday to Sunday for day and night shiftsPeople who can work individually and in teamsSafety-focused people with excellent communication skillsProactive and problem solvers/Strong work ethicProactive and reliable with a good work ethicCan follow directions and complete tasks allocated Benefits:Above award ratesDaily Travel AllowancePenalty RatesRDO CalendarWeekly pay cycleOpportunity to work outdoorsDay and Night Shift
