The Opportunity & Responsibilities As the Assistant Centre Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Centre manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff management, budget administration, and communication with families, employees, and internal stakeholders. You will work closely with our Head of Curriculum to lead a highperforming team and ensure the highest quality of care and education. Your role will be vital in creating a smooth, safe, and positive experience for children and families while fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture. (Pay Range $3540p/h + MEA Retention Payment) As a Centre Manager, you will oversee the daytoday activities of the Centre, encompassing staff management, budget oversight, and effective communication with families, employees & internal stakeholders. You will lead a highperforming team to strive for and provide the highest quality care and education for all children, families, staff and the community. As a Centre Manager, you will ensure a smooth and safe child & family experience and nurture a positive and inclusive culture that encourages collaboration. (Pay Range $4350p/h + MEA Retention Payment + Incentives) About You Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Children''s services Must have minimum 2 years previous Assistant/Centre Manager experience Ideally will have had experience in setting up and opening a new service Knowledge and understanding of Childrens Services Regulations and National Quality Standards Ability to work in a fastpaced environment Lead, inspire and motivate a team of educators Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to high quality care Current Working with Children check, Police Check, FirstAid Certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training, Food Safety Supervisor certificate Why Aspire?
