About the role As Centre Director and nominated supervisor, you will lead the 122place Corrimal service, playing a pivotal role in the successful opening and daytoday operations of the centre. Your responsibility and time will be spent on staff development and centre operations. You are a people leader you know how to get the best out of your team for the ultimate benefit to children and families. About you ACECQA Approved Diploma/Teaching Degree in Early Childhood Education. Experience with staff development & leadership; experience in a similar role advantageous. Strong knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS); ability to develop a QIP. Outstanding level of verbal and written communication. Strong computer skills. Current First Aid, CPR, Child Protection, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates. Current Working with Children Check.
