The successful candidate is engaged with nearly all facets of the company, regularly talking to clients about their purchases, and vendors about their stock availability.The position is fast paced, with high communications and administrative responsibilities. Youll be a quick typer, can construct beautiful emails, and have great phone manner. We have a cool staff caf within the building where you can chill out during lunch or coffee breaks, hold informal meetings, read a book, and recharge your mind.Provide pre and post sales support for the companyCreating quotations for IT equipment and servicesProcessing client sales orders and associated billingAssisting clients with sales order and quote enquiriesMaintain product and service price listsContracts administrationEngaging with new clients to get all of their details into our systems, helping with the client onboarding process, making them feel welcome!Engaging with suppliers and subcontractors for third party servicesMaintaining our service agreements and related billingInvoicing of work completed by the technical team, and reporting of products and services to clientsProcurementResponsible for purchasing of supplies and technical components for clients and company.Responsible for maintaining our purchase order tracking system.Responsible for managing the relationships with our key vendors, for goods and services for resaleLiaising with suppliers and clients regarding the status of ordersTo be considered for this role:You are eligible to work in AustraliaYou have at least two years proven experience in similar roles, or within similar industryYou have a Class C drivers license and your own reliable vehicleYou have or can obtain a Western Australian police clearance certificateYou thrive for superb customer service and client satisfaction!You can work unsupervised, and take initiativeYou possess experience with Microsoft Teams and the Office365 suiteYou have a professional demeanour and personality, but still be fun and involved with the team around youYou are a problem solver and able to think for yourselfYou have faultless attention to detail dot the Is and cross the TsYou can put yourself in the clients shoes and look at something from their perspectiveYou have an amazing phone manner and be a delight to talk to, and have a professional yet friendly email mannerYou are well presentedYoure super reliable, punctual, a team player, and committed to making a difference with an awesome team!How to applyPrepare a cover letter addressed to the Office Manager.
