Apply strong animation principles to deliver highquality work, while optimizing animations to meet technical constraints and artistic direction. Collaborate closely with the Lead Animator, game designers, and programmers to understand gameplay intent, engine capabilities, and quality goals. Communicate effectively with designers and programmers to identify issues, propose solutions, and deliver work on time. Quickly prototype and previsualise animation systems and ideas to support gameplay and animationrelated discussions. Things wed love to see from you: Excellent keyframe animation skills, with a reel showcasing highquality character and creature gameplay animation. A strong understanding of animation principles and how they apply to gameplay. Advanced experience with game development tools such as Maya and various game engines. Experience working with and adapting motion capture would be a bonus. A passion for animation, games, and film. Experience or understanding of character rigging or modelling is a plus. A proactive, selfmotivated team player with strong communication skills. The ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to feedback. Strong problemsolving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues.
