Responsibilities Ensure compliance with the Alpine Planning Scheme and key legislation Provide expert advice and manage permits for ARV projects Oversee thirdparty development referrals Shape ARVwide planning and building policies Represent ARV in VCAT and regulatory forums Build strong partnerships with government agencies Qualifications Tertiary qualification in statutory planning, building regulation, or related discipline Minimum 4 years experience in statutory planning or similar Strong stakeholder engagement and problemsolving skills Australian drivers licence + Working With Children Check ARV manages Victorias six alpine resorts, attracting over 1M visitors annually and supporting 10,000 jobs.
