About the role As the Bottling Line Manager at Leeuwin Estate Winery, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and highquality operation of the winery''s bottling line. In this fulltime position based in Margaret River, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless production and packaging of the winery''s premium wines. What you''ll be doing Manage the daily operations of the bottling line, including scheduling, coordination, and oversight of the bottling team Ensure all bottling equipment is maintained to the highest standard and troubleshoot any issues that arise Monitor and optimise the bottling process to maximise efficiency and product quality Implement and enforce strict quality control measures to maintain the winery''s high standards Collaborate with the production and packaging teams to identify and implement process improvements Manage and train the bottling team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure their continuous development Maintain detailed records and provide regular reports on bottling line performance What we''re looking for Extensive experience (5+ years) in a similar bottling line management role within the wine or food and beverage industry Strong technical knowledge and handson experience with bottling equipment and machinery Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking skills, with the ability to think critically and respond quickly to challenges Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a highperforming team Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments Relevant qualifications or certifications in food processing, operations management, or a related field would be highly desirable What we offer At Leeuwin Estate Winery, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
