About the role This role ensures smooth daytoday operations by assisting with document management, procurement processes, accounts tracking, scheduling, and general coordination tasks. Key responsibilities include coordinating meetings and travel, managing filing systems and onboarding processes, and maintaining accurate records for contracts, applications, and financial transactions. You will act as a central point of contact for internal queries, liaise with various stakeholders, and support compliance with regulatory requirements. Additional tasks include assisting with reporting, managing WHS administrative processes, and ensuring effective communication across teams and external partners. About you The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in providing administrative support and possess strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills. You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of accuracy in all tasks, developing reports, and ensuring compliance with safety standards in field operations. To succeed in this role, you will need excellent organisational abilities, welldeveloped written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Flexibility and a willingness to take on varied tasks are essential, along with a current drivers licence. A Certificate III in Business Management, Project Management or a similar qualification and/or relevant experience will be highly regarded.
