Job Description

In this role, youll: be working as part of a team delivering specialised registration and licensing products and services, you will contribute to accurate data management, customer support, and the integrity of vital NSW driver and vehicle information systems. This role will see you apply your attention to detail and problemsolving skills to assess applications, manage sensitive information, respond to stakeholder enquiries, and ensure highquality customer service. You will also have the opportunity to deepen your expertise in regulatory processes, fraud identification, and information release protocols within a supportive team environment. Your welldeveloped organisational skills, analytical capability, and strong communicationformed across administration, customer service, regulatory, or dataprocessing environmentswill see you manage competing priorities, meet strict deadlines, and uphold system integrity. You''re recognised as a reliable, detailfocused team contributor, skilled at assessing information, applying policies and procedures, and experienced in research, data reconciliation, stakeholder communication, and maintaining accurate records.
